WELCOME

TO THE WONDERFUL WORLD OF

Eucharistic Home ShrineS

Dedicated on Oct. 27, 1958 by Fr. Francis Syrianey

Consecrated on our 33rd Anniversary by Bishop Carl Fisher, S.S.J. on October 27, 1991.

40th Anniversary Blessings by Bishop Joseph Sartoris February 1, 1998.

It is not a mere coincidence that brings you here! Nor the fact that we are 3,000 Plus ShrineS

on all seven continents (For which we sincerely say Deo Gratias!)

But YOU are here because there is a God of Happy Surprises! He wants YOU!

Bishop Carl A. Fisher, S.S.J.

WE BRING JESUS TO THE WORLD,

24 HOURS A DAY,

AND NOW WE WANT TO BRING HIM TO YOU!

Our Mission

Our Mission is threefold:

No. 1, We hope and pray for the early triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the Social Reign of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

No.2, we pray that each Shrine will be an effective inspiration to those eligible to become "fishermen" - priests, sisters and brothers.

No. 3, We pray that each Shrine will be a "fisher" itself for the souls of men, bringing souls to or back to Christ's Most Precious Body and Blood at the altars of the world.

BUT OUR ULTIMATE GLORY LIES IN OUR EUCHARISTIC PRAYER

IN WHICH WE FEED THE WORLD WITH THE EUCHARIST!

This being the age of numerous launchings, the word launch becomes the key word for our Elevation Prayer which is to be offered in all the Masses and Benedictions attended by members:

"Do be launched at all of our beautiful ShrineS, thru-out the world, into the Hearts of all of their Keepers, and into the hearts of all others who love and desire You."

The basis for this action is the Council of Trent's declaration of the reality and value of spiritual Communion. This spiritual Communion differs, however, from the usual in that it is not limited to ourselves but is directed toward our more than 3,000 Shrines, and their Keepers, as well as to all others who love and desire Him.
